Are you hitting the snooze button when you know its time to rise and grind? Sleep is another one of those amazing gifts that we should all be giving to our bodies that helps us wake up feeling fulfilled so that we can spring into action to catch opportunity. Make a plan to get anywhere between 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day to grind on the opportunities that the day put before you for the next 16 -18 hours. If you want it, you will have to go out and get it! It will not be easy and it will not always be fun but I can assure you that it will be rewarding when it's all said and done.
